Implementation of a communication strategy to disseminate the victim's rights to protection and reparation and the existing legal instruments against the phenomenon of enforced disappearance.
The overall project objective is to strengthen the rule of law and the fight against impunity, so that victims of human rights violations and breaches of international humanitarian law can effectively claim their rights to the truth, justice and reparation.
The specific objective of this contract is to develop and implement a communication strategy to inform about the victim’s right to protection and reparation and the legal instruments against the phenomenon of enforced disappearance.
Main activities:
- Design a communication strategy to disseminate institutional mechanisms for access to victim's rights to protection and reparation
- Measuring the impact and effectiveness of the communication strategy implemented.
- Production and broadcast of communications materials (radio spots, posters, calendars, etc ...)
