CYE Consult provides two major types of services: specialised consultancy in advanced disciplines and the provision of technical assistance to plan and implement programmes and sector-based policies in developing countries.
The portfolio of clients who benefit from these services include International Financing Institutions (EC, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank...) as well as large enterprises and consultancy companies such as TRACTEBEL (BE), COWI (DK).

FRAMEWORK CONTRACTOR
As a Framework Contractor of the European Commission, CYE Consult is invited to submit offers of services for short-term missions on a regular basis. These offers must include the services of junior or senior experts, preferably with experience in areas of Aid Development and who have almost immediate availability.
CYE Consult is currently Contractor for the SIEA 2018 Framework-Contract, as partner of the consortium lead by Cowi Belgium.
