Technical Assistance for training of micro and small enterprises in Trinidad and Tobago in international standards
The globlal objective of the project is to develop agro-processing support systems including training and expert support to agencies involved in assisting micro and small agro processors in attainment of the international standards necessary for export. The specific objective is to provide assistance to key service providers in reaching international standards through training in food safety and labelling standards, identification of food process technology and innnovative market strategies.
Main activities:
- Elaboration of a gap skills analysis
- Development of a training programme
- Conduction of training sessions with all key stakeholders
