WHO WE ARE:

CYE Consult is an entirely independent engineering consultancy company and specializes in the design, management and evaluation of Technical assistance projects worldwide. Its main areas of expertise cover Water, Environment, Rural Development and food security, Infrastructure and transport issues, Institutional strengthening.

CYE Consult was established with the objective of serving public and private entities in the Cooperation for Development area. We implement projects funded by donors such as the European Commission, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank or the Belgian Technical Cooperation Agency (CTB-BTC).

Whilst our core team has its base and Headquarters in Waterloo (20 minutes from Brussels), we rely on branch offices in Latin America and Caribbean countries in order to ensure efficient implementation of our projects.

CYE Consult is also counting on a network of independent experts who are able to provide technical assistance and specialized advices in cooperation projects.
